     Shirley L. (Kauffman) Robinson Ritzman, 85, of McAlisterville, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2019, at Locust Grove Retirement Village, Mifflin.

     She was born April 19, 1933, in Mifflin.

     She is survived by her second husband of 60 years, Denton D. "Fuz" Ritzman, three children, Linda M. (Robinson) Landis Cuffaro and husband, Frank, Michael L. Robinson and wife, Christine L., and Anthony S. Ritzman and wife, Karen S., all of McAlisterville, ten grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

     She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph S. and Ruth (Kepler) Kauffman, her first husband, Robert Hayes Robinson, who died on Sept. 9, 1956, and one brother, James Kauffman.

     Shirley was a homemaker. Taking care of her family and her home were very important to her.

      Prior to her marriage, she worked at the Mifflin Theater where she collected the admission tickets.

      She enjoyed playing the piano, painting, putting puzzles together, gardening, watching birds and had a special love for dogs. She and Fuz worked together with crafting and refinishing antique furniture.

     Her funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 3, at Guss Funeral Home, Inc., 20 S., Third Street, Mifflintown, with  Pastor Terry Smith, officiating. Interment will be in Lost Creek Presbyterian Cemetery, McAlisterville.

     There will be a viewing from 10 a.m. until the time of the services on Wednesday at the funeral home.

     Memorial contributions may be made to 365 Hospice, 200 Regent Ct., Suite F, State College, PA 16801and directed toward Chaplain Steve's ministry.
