Glenn Scott Bossinger, Sr., 63, of Thompsontown, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2024.

     Born Feb. 1, 1961, in Lewistown, he was a son of the late William G. Bossinger and Shirley (Roe) Porta.

     He is survived by his wife, Susan (Dufford) Bossinger, two children, Heather Hollenbach and Glenn Scott Bossinger, Jr., both of Beaver Springs, a step-son, Ross Coder and wife, Haly, of Port Royal, a step-daughter, Missy Keister and husband, Ray, of McClure, five sisters and their families, Sheila Abel (Kelly), Karen Fryberger (Pete), Teresa Campbell (Eddie), and Diane Holtzer, all of York, and Tina Patterson (Brian) of McAlisterville, ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and his Jack Russell terrier, Freddie.

     In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Danielle Bossinger Schlief and the mother of his children, Joy Havice.

     Scott worked at various jobs, was a good mechanic, and enjoyed doing small carpenter projects.

     His memorial service will be private and held at the convenience of the family. There will be no viewing.
