Walter R. 'Junior' Worrall, Jr., 84,  of Arch Rock Rd., Mifflintown passed away Saturday, June 6, 2015 at the Bridges at Brookline, Mifflintown.

     Born Feb. 27, 1931 in Arch Rock, Mifflintown, Juniata Co., he was a son of the late Walter R. Worrall, Sr. and Kathaleen E. (Britcher) Worrall.  He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Ida J. (Weiand) Worrall.

     Also surviving are daughter,  Linda Fultz and husband Sherman Q, of Arch Rock, Mifflintown, five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandson.

     He was preceded in death by one son, Walter Lee Worrall; four brothers: James Eugene Worrall, Floyd Worrall, Clark Worrall, and Stanley Worrall; and three sisters: Faye DeArmitt, Roxie Bell, and Donna Andrus.

     He worked as a carpenter for Bill Manbeck, raised chickens, and owned and operated  Worrall's Auto Sales & Inspections. He was the oldest  member of the Arch Rock United Methodist Church, Arch Rock, Mifflintown.

     His greatest hobby was cutting firewood.

     His funeral will be at 5 p.m. Wednesday, June 10  at Guss Funeral Home with Pastor Gerald Miller officiating.   Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Mifflintown following the service.

     There will be a viewing from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 9, at Guss Funeral Home, 20 S. Third St., Mifflintown.

     Memorial contributions may be made to the Arch Rock United Methodist Church, 736 Arch Rock Rd., Mifflintown, PA 17059.
