She was preceded in death by an infant sibling, her grandparents, Bill and Phyllis Artley, great-grandfathers, Thomas E. Bryner, Sr. and Harry “Bussy” Nace, and her aunt, Penny Ann Meixel Reed.
Penelope was full of life and such a happy baby. She was always smiling and cooing like she was telling stories. She loved to watch her fish aquarium and adored her big sister, Quinnley. She brightened everyone’s day when you entered the room. And she was the best cuddler in the world. That smile of hers was sunshine and it brightened our world. Although she was not with us for very long, she was deeply loved and touched the lives of everyone who met her.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Grace Covenant Church, 227 Washington Ave., Lewistown, with her pastor, Pastor Ron Neff, officiating. The family will receive friends and family following the memorial service.
