Timothy M. Zimmerman

     Timothy M. Zimmerman, 59, of Lewistown, passed away Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

     Born April 16, 1965 in Lewistown, he is the son of Emma (Strausburg) Kauffman and step-father, Robert Kauffman, of Milroy and the late Jerry Zimmerman, Sr.

     He is also survived by three siblings and their families, including brother, Jerry Zimmerman, Jr., brother Christopher Zimmerman and his son, Christopher Zimmerman, Jr. and his children, Jayden and Noah Zimmerman, and sister, Tammie Ross (Zimmerman), her husband, Craig, and their son, Kyle Ross.

     He graduated from Juniata High School in 1983 and worked at Mann Edge Tools and Empire Kosher Poultry.

     Tim enjoyed flying remote control airplanes, fishing, biking, kayaking and was an avid Star Trek fan. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

     There will be a viewing from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, April 4, at Guss Funeral Home, Inc., 20 S. Third Street, Mifflintown. There will be no service and interment will be at the convenience of the family.
