Shawn Edward Deitz

          Shawn Edward Deitz, 44, of Thompsontown, passed away Sunday, Jan. 23, 2022, at his home.

     He was born Feb. 18, 1977, in Lewistown.

     He is survived by his mother and stepfather, William and Peggy (Burris) Troy, two sons, Christopher Edward Deitz of Thompsontown and Shawn Anthony Deitz of Lewistown, and a grandchild expected in August.

     He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Eugene Deitz and one brother, Jason Eugene Lockridge.

     Shawn enjoyed fishing, playing pool, listening to music, and was an avid Washington Redskins fan. He especially enjoyed hanging out with his family.

     His graveside service at Academia Cemetery will be private.
