Samuel Wayne Crawford

     Samuel Wayne Crawford, 66, of Mifflin (McCoysville) passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at Brookline Manor, Mifflintown.

     Born June 9, 1958, in Lewistown, he is a son of Kathryn (Trout) Crawford and the late Samuel L. Crawford.

     In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Jane E. (Towsey) Crawford, whom he married October 19, 1986, two daughters, Kelly L. Tran and husband, Nguyen, and Lauren E. Crawford, twin grandsons, Aiden and Oliver Tran, one brother, Keith B. Crawford and wife, Bonnie, and one sister, Diane J. Crawford.

     Wayne was a tree farmer, a member of the NRA, and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

     There will be a viewing from 1 to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 7, with his funeral at 2 p.m. at Guss Funeral Home, Inc., 20 S. Third St., Mifflintown, with Rev. Graham Fowler officiating. Interment will be in McCoysville Cemetery.
