Ronald W. Bowers, 72, of Mifflintown, died Saturday, Jan. 23, 2021, at his home.
Born Sep. 21, 1948 in Lewistown, he was a son of the late Lyman and Mary (Brubaker) Bowers.
He is survived by one daughter, Kimberly Ramer and husband, Jim, of Richfield, one sister, Barbara Zook and husband, George, of Mifflintown, one brother, Richard Bowers of Thompsontown, and two grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Jill Bowers.
He drove truck for McGinley Trucking and Jay Fulkroad and Sons and worked for Zugstead Farms.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working with wood.
There will be a graveside service and interment at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 28, at Lost Creek Mennonite Cemetery, with Pastor Dave Gingrich officiating. If you wish to be seated for the service, please bring a chair.
