Rodney L. “Rod” Criley, 79, of Mifflin, died Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2022, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born May 29, 1943, in Lewistown, he was a son of the late Clarence C. “Red” and Beatrice I. (Kelley) Criley.
He is survived by his wife, Roberta A. “Bobbie” (Taylor) Criley, whom he married April 4, 1968, one son, Timothy Lynn Criley, one daughter Naomi Fauci and husband James, and one granddaughter, Angelina Grace Fauci.
Rod graduated from Juniata Joint High School in 1961 and worked at American Viscose and then for the State of Pennsylvania, retiring from Penn Dot.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting and working outside.
There will be no service.
Guss Funeral Home, Inc., 20 S. Third St., Mifflintown, is assisting the family with the cremation arrangements.
