Richard P. “Rick” Kell, 70, of Mifflintown (Licking Creek Valley), passed away Sunday, Dec. 8, 2019 at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.
Born Dec. 12, 1948, in Lewistown, he is the son of Kathryn (Robinson) Kell of Mifflin and the late Paul L. Kell.
He is also survived by his wife, Sandra K. (Eisenacher) Kell, three children, Andrew Kell, Amy Berrier, and Alisha Kell, one sister, Deborah K. Thompson, ten grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
He was a rural mail carrier who usually worked in McClure.
Following Rick’s wishes, he is being cremated with a private memorial service to be held at the convenience of the family.
