Richard "Richie" L. Krepps, Jr.

     Richard L. “Richie” Krepps, Jr., 47, formerly of Thompsontown, passed away Saturday, Feb. 15, 2025 at Abington Manor, South Abington Township, Lackawanna County.

     Born June 28, 1977 in Lewistown, he was a son of the late Richard L. Krepps, Sr. and Sandra Jean (Miller) Filler.

     He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Kermit and Rosalie Miller who raised him.

     He is survived by three sisters, Lisa Tharp and husband, Shaun, Valerie Clark and husband, Nathan, and Michelle Minick, three aunts, Nancy Reeder, Cindy Waters and husband, Curt, and Mary Ann Miller, who was like a mother to him, as well as many nieces and nephews.

     Richie worked at Skills. He enjoyed watching DVDs, playing memory games, putting puzzles together and he loved to dance.

     There will be a viewing at Guss Funeral Home, 20 S. Third St., Mifflintown on Wednesday, Feb. 19 from noon until 1 pm followed by his funeral at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Nathanael Mowery officiating. Interment will be in East Waterford Cemetery.
