Richard "Red" D. Kepner

     Richard D. “Red” Kepner, 79, of Mifflintown passed away Sunday, August 23, 2026, at Brookline Manor.

     Born Jan. 18, 1947 in Port Royal, he was a son of the late Darwin E. and Jessie L. (Foltz) Kepner.

    He worked at Empire Kosher.

     An avid dirt track race fan, Red often traveled with his friends to various racetracks to watch the sprint cars.

     He is survived by two sisters, Evelyn C. Moyer and Sonja J. Wilson and several nieces and nephews.

     At his request, there will be no service.
