Richard "Frenchie" Joseph Phillippe

     Richard Joseph “Frenchie” Phillippe, 43, of Mifflin, passed away Monday, Sept. 12, 2022, at Geisinger Lewistown Hospital.

     He was born Nov. 12, 1978, in Phoenix, Arizona.

     He is survived by his wife, Brandy (Hays) Phillippe of Mifflintown, his father, Richard “Rick” Phillippe, of Mifflin, and four siblings, Justin, Nicole, Amanda, and Katie.

     He was preceded in death by his mother, Cheryl Ann (Wash) Bradford and his grandparents.

     He worked at Empire Kosher Poultry and enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and traveling around Pennsylvania to see the sights.

     A dinner to remember Frenchie will be held at 6 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 16, at 10932 Licking Creek Road, Mifflintown.

     Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to a charity that benefits animals.
