Patti Y. (Mangle) Hampton

     Patti Y. Mangle Hampton, 59, of Mifflintown (Mexico), passed away Monday, Nov. 14, 2022, at Brookline Manor, Mifflintown.

     Born March 31, 1963, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late Ray “Ronnie” and Patricia (Whitesel) Mangle.

     She is survived by her husband, David C. Hampton, Jr., whom she married Jan. 27, 2018, two step-children, Dana Linn Hampton and David C. Hampton III, three grandchildren, Trenton Kauffman, Kelseah Kauffman, and Macey Kauffman, one great-grandson, an aunt, Yvonne Mangle, and two cousins she grew up with, Tracy Eckard Issac and Steve Eckard.

     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Randy “Buff” Kauffman in 2017, and a husband, Rocky Scott.

     Patti worked at Juniata Garment, for Flagger Force, drove school bus, and transported Amish.

     She bred and raised dogs and was interested in anything related to dogs. She loved her four dogs, Brandi, Amber, Milo, and Maxine.

     A visitation will be held on Thursday, Dec. 8, 2022, beginning at 6 p.m. with a memorial service at 7 p.m. at Guss Funeral Home, Inc., Mifflintown.

     The family will provide all flowers and asks that donations to help with the final expenses be sent to Guss Funeral Home, Inc., 20 S. Third St., Mifflintown, PA 17059.
