Marie D. (Donaldson) Dawson

     Marie D. Dawson, 89, of Mifflin, passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at Locust Grove Retirement Village.

     Born September 5, 1936, in Darby, PA, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Gertrude (McDevitt) Donaldson.

     She is survived by her husband Richard C. Dawson whom she married in 1968, one daughter, Doris Harris, one grandson and one great-granddaughter.

     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Gertrude and Bernice, and one brother, James.

     There will be no service.

     Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Memorials Processing, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN  38105-9959.
