Joyce M. Page, 70 of Port Royal, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at Hershey Medical Center.
Born July 3, 1953, in Baltimore, Md., she was a daughter of the late Russell H. and Dorothy Jean (Pierce) Walters, Sr.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Robert M. Page, whom she married Sept. 23, 1973, one son, Keith Page and companion, Debby, one grandson, Tyler Page and companion, Kyley and four siblings, Russell “Rusty” Walters, Jr. and late wife Cindy, Clayton “Clay” Walters and wife, Angie, Deb Strawser and husband, Larry, and Denise Walters and companion, Charlie Fisher.
Joyce graduated from Juniata High School in 1971 and from McCann Business School, Class of 1999. She was a Deputy Prothonotary, working at the Juniata County Courthouse.
She enjoyed going on cruises with her husband and keeping in contact with her family and friends by phone. She dearly loved her family.
There will be a viewing on Monday, July 8, beginning at 10 a.m. at Guss Funeral Home, Inc., 20 S. Third Street, Mifflintown followed by her funeral at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Mindy Petrovcic officiating. Interment will be in St. Stephen’s Lutheran Cemetery.
