James S. “Jim” Cameron, 69, died Sunday, April 4, 2021, at his home near Walnut.
Born October 20, 1951 in Mechanicsburg, he was the son of Anna Jean (Kinzer) Cameron of Thompsontown and the late Lyle S. Cameron.
Also surviving are his wife, Diane “Deedee” (Hackenberger) Cameron, one sister, Beth Ann Stoner and husband, Mike, of Mifflintown, one brother-in-law, Boyd Hackenberger of Mifflintown, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Brenda Guss, and two brothers-in-law, William Hackenberger and Robert Hackenberger.
Jim was a service and control technician who worked out of Plumbers and Pipefitters Union Local 520.
He liked the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and trout fishing.
His memorial service will be private.
