Ida J. (Weiand) Worrall

     Ida J. Worrall, 93, of Mifflintown, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at her home with her loving family.

     Born Aug. 4, 1927, in Alfarata, she was a daughter of the late Chares Lee and Helen Catherine (Henry) Weiand.

     On April 5, 1948, she married Walter R. Worrall, Jr. who died on June 6, 2015. Also preceding her in death were one son, Walter Lee Worrall, one daughter, Linda Fultz, one great-grandson, Tyler Paden, four brothers and one sister, Albert Weiand, Charles Weiand, Thelma Geedey, Dale Weiand, and Harry Weiand.

     She is survived one sister, Renna Gray of Reeds Gap, two brothers, Ronald Weiand, and wife, Wilma, of Port Royal, and Allen Weiand and wife, Jean, of Mifflintown, five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.

     Ida was a homemaker and a member of Arch Rock United Methodist Church.

     She enjoyed cooking and collecting dolls and salt and pepper shakers.

     Her service and interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family at Union Cemetery, Mifflintown, with Rev. Gerald Miller officiating.
