Eugenia “Jeannie” Erhard, 51, of Mifflintown, passed away on Friday, July 24, 2020, due to injuries received in a motor vehicle accident.
She was born March 19, 1969, in Lewistown.
She is survived by her husband, Charles “Chuck” Erhard, one daughter, Sarah Erhard, one son, Hayden Erhard, her parents, Jack W. and Mary (Fultz) Reed of Lewistown, one sister, Jacqueline Reed of Lewistown, her father-in-law, Lee “Red” Erhard of Mifflintown, two brothers-in-law, Michael Erhard and wife, Tricia, and Ryan Erhard and wife, Wendy, all of Mifflintown, and many nieces, nephews and other family.
She was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Virginia “Ginny” Erhard.
Jeannie graduated from Chief Logan High School. She was a cook at Ohesson Manor and at other local restaurants and drove a van for Gilson Transportation.
She enjoyed doing various crafts and loved taking care of her children and being with her family.
Her graveside service and interment will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, July 31, at St. Stephen’s Lutheran Cemetery, Licking Creek Valley, Mifflintown, with her brother-in-law, Pastor Mike Erhard officiating. There will be no viewing.
For those who desire, in lieu of flowers, contributions to help with the funeral expenses may be made to Guss Funeral Home, Inc., 20. S. Third St., Mifflintown, PA 17059, who has care of the arrangements.
