Debra "Deb" A. (Erhart) Kirk

     Debra A. “Deb” Kirk, 70, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at her home in Port Royal, surrounded by her loving family.

     Born July 6, 1956, she was a daughter of the late John D. and Betty M. (Willard) Erhart, Sr.

     On March 4, 1978, she married her husband, Robert “Rob” Kirk, who survives. Also surviving are one daughter, Danielle Keefer and husband, Bill, one son, Dustin Kirk, one granddaughter, Paislee Kirk, and six siblings, David A. Whitesel, Linda K. Wallick, Steven M. Erhart, Karl E. Erhart, Wanda S. Baumgardner, and Dona J. Erhart.

     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a stillborn son, Jeffrey A. Kirk, and four siblings, John D. “Butch” Erhart, Jr., Karen R. Erhart, Donald E. Erhart, and James “Jim” Erhart.

     Deb graduated from Kish High School in 1975. She operated a daycare and was a cook and waitress at various local restaurants.

     She enjoyed many types of crafting, watching the Hallmark Channel, go-cart racing, and traveling. She loved to bake and help kids bake for the fair.

     There will be a visitation beginning at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, followed by a memorial service at 7:30 p.m. at Guss Funeral Home, Inc., 20 S. Third St., Mifflintown, with Pastor Mike Erhard officiating. Interment will be at the convenience of the family in East Waterford Cemetery.

     In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
