Carol Ann Simonton

     Carol Ann Simonton, 76, of Mifflintown, passed away Sunday, Feb. 19, 2023, at Brookline Manor.

     She was born Feb. 23, 1946 in Lewistown.

     She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Jane (Berry) Simonton and one brother, Charles A. “Tom” Simonton III.

     She is survived by her sister-in-law, Darlis Simonton of Carlisle and two nephews, Robert Simonton and Steven Simonton and their families.    

     She was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church, Mifflintown.

     Carol loved music, especially listening to Barry Manilow, and enjoyed knitting.

     Her graveside memorial service and interment will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at Union Cemetery, Mifflintown, with Rev. Samuel Leister officiating.
