     Robert W. Wagner, 72, of Mifflintown, formerly of Thompsontown, died Saturday, Nov. 23, 2019, in West Virginia while hunting.

     Born May 23, 1947, in Lewisburg, he was a son of the late Robert S. and Mary A. (Keister) Wagner.

     He is survived by his wife, E. Joy (Kauffman) Horning Wagner, whom he married in 2015, one son, Nathaniel Wagner and husband, Kent Wagner, of Selinsgrove, five sisters, Wendy L. Brubaker and husband, Donald, of Shermans Dale, Marion J. Murray and husband, Jay, of South Carolina, Carol S. Loss and husband, Donald, of North Carolina, Joan M. Hauck and husband, Paul, of Danville, and Joyce A. Forrest and husband, Chester, of New Berlin.

     In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife of more than 40 years, Rev. Maureen (Schaeffer) Wagner and two brothers, Harold and Randy Wagner.

     He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving for four years.

     He worked at Pennsylvania House Furniture for many years and more recently worked for Five Star International.

     Bob was a member of First Baptist Church of Juniata County where he served on the Board of Deacons and taught Sunday school when needed. He loved his Lord dearly.

     He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and Nascar racing.

     His funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 27, at First Baptist Church, Mifflintown, with Rev. Ronald Shupe officiating. A committal service and interment will follow the service at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Witmers Cemetery, 350 Witmer Road, Port Trevorton.

     There will be a viewing at First Baptist Church from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday at the church.

     The family will provide all flowers and suggests that memorial contributions be made to the First Baptist Church, 23964 Rt 35 North, Mifflintown, PA 17059.
