Our sincere sympathy to the family of the best "furnace man" anyone could ever hope to have. He helped us many times and took on the toughest jobs with absolute relish. We will never forget his kind manner. A very talented man.

Our sympathy goes to the family of a great man, talented in fixing anything that didn't want to work. When Norm was done figuring it out, whatever it was, leaking faucet, pump that quit, furnace that wouldn't run, everything was back in working order. No other plumber like him. A great friend also. May all the great memories of Norm sustain you all.
