She is survived by three children, Vicki A. Varner and husband, Gary L., of McAlisterville, C. Douglas Aurand of Norfolk, Va., and Mark A. Aurand and wife, Heather, of Mifflintown, four grandchildren, Morgan of Lewistown, Oliver of Richmond, Va., Tyson and Willow, both of Mifflintown, and one great-granddaughter, Bryannah, of Lewistown.

She was preceded in death by her friend and sister, Elizabeth "Liz" Weaver.

Steve & I want you to know that we are thinking of all of you during this sad time.
Both of your parents took pride in their property and enjoyed working in their yard. They were an inspiration to our neighborhood. They enjoyed stopping to say hello and tell us where the next country music venue was happening.
We were unable to personally express our sympathy because we are in St. Lucia.
